1. Website Use
This website is intended for general informational and promotional purposes only. You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or interfere with any content, code, or functionality.
2. Marketing, SMS, & Email
By submitting your phone number or email through our website, in person, or during any promotions, you consent to receive marketing communications from Torched Bar & Grill, including:

3. Promotions & Offers

4. Event Participation & Liability
By entering Torched Bar & Grill, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You enter at your own risk. The venue is not liable for injuries due to intoxication, personal behavior, or accidental events.
We are not responsible for injuries due to choking, slipping, or falling while on premises.
Physical altercations, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and may involve local law enforcement.
Participation in live events, dancing, or crowd gatherings may involve loud music, lights, and potential hazards. Use caution and act responsibly.
Torched Bar & Grill strictly complies with all Florida state and local alcohol laws. The following policies apply:
You must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued ID is required.
We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any patron who appears intoxicated or behaves irresponsibly.
We do not allow outside alcohol on premises.
Open containers may not be taken off-site unless permitted by law.
Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation if intoxicated. Venue staff may assist in calling a ride share service at your request.
4B. Refund & Private Event Disclaimer
All deposits, event fees, and reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds for ticketed or private events are issued at the sole discretion of Torched Bar & Grill.
Cancellations due to weather, artist availability, or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled but do not guarantee a refund.
If a private event is cancelled by the client, no refund is guaranteed, but credit toward future dates may be offered based on availability and management approval.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Torched Bar & Grill reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at our discretion for any reason including but not limited to disorderly conduct, suspected intoxication, or failure to comply with venue staff instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, photos, and designs on this website or our digital platforms are the property of Torched Bar & Grill and may not be used without written permission.
7. Venue Surveillance
For your safety, our venue may use security cameras and surveillance systems both inside and outside the property.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
