4A. Alcohol Policy

4B. Refund & Private Event Disclaimer

• All deposits, event fees, and reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Refunds for ticketed or private events are issued at the sole discretion of Torched Bar & Grill.

• Cancellations due to weather, artist availability, or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled but do not guarantee a refund.

• If a private event is cancelled by the client, no refund is guaranteed, but credit toward future dates may be offered based on availability and management approval.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Torched Bar & Grill reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at our discretion for any reason including but not limited to disorderly conduct, suspected intoxication, or failure to comply with venue staff instructions.
